Scuba diving around Phuket
Offspray Leisure can organise 2 and 3 dive days on boat trips to all of Phuket's best dive sites. Boat journey times range from 1 to 2.5 hours and we can supply full sets of dive equipment for guests wishing to rent dive gear.
Phuket's dive sites offer great diversity including beautiful reefs, wreck dives, wall dives and pinnacle dives. There are literally well over a dozen day trip boats operating to Phuket's dive sites, however, to make things easier we have selected the best two, chosen for their level of service, consistency, boat cleanliness and high levels of safety.
 'SFD1' has been designed by divers for divers. The boat has recenty been
refurbished offering guests a comfortable air conditioned seated area with flat screen TV/ entertainment system. A new kitchen has also
been added to prepare fresh lunches on all dive trips. As well as this a new membrane has been fitted on the boat offering all Nitrox certified diving guests free Nitrox on dives. Although the boat can hold up to 45 divers 'SFD1' limits its capacity to only 20 diving guests to help ensure a personalised and fun experience. Each diving group is kept to a ratio of 4 divers to 1 expereinced dive guide ensuring you the finest supervision and safety at all times. The boat is fully equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit, DAN oxygen supply, 40 life jackets, fire extinguishers, depth sounder and all other safety equipment as required by Thai law.

 'SS1' was totally refurbished in 2008 with the result being spacious boat layouts and a comfortable air conditioned dry area. The top deck allows guests to sit in a shaded open area to eat lunch and relax between dives whilst the front of the boat is available for guests wishing to sunbathe. The boat is fitted with a full complement of safety equipment including oxygen, first aid kit, life jackets and marine radio.

 'SS2' is the larger sister boat of 'SS1' and like 'SS1' was fully refurbished several years ago. The spacious air conditioned inside area has a nice wood finish and comfortable seating and is equipped with a TV and entertainment system. As with both boats mentioned above'SS2' has oxygen on board along with first aid kit and a full compliment of life jackets.
