°Certification - Please bring with you your certification card and dive log so our tour leader can check. If you do not have this then you may not be able to dive.
°Liability - We shall not be liable in contract or tort for any injury, loss, damage, inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the services we supply, force majeure, or any other events outside of our control, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, weather conditions, acts of God, acts of government, accidents to or failure of machinery, equipment, vehicles or industrial disputes.
°Changes to itinerary - We reserve the right to change any itinerary or charter content without notice if sea or weather conditions infer such changes be made.
°Website content - Content of our website is subject to change without notice. We endeavour to ensure all information within our website is up to date and accurate. We accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies of information in text or photographic content. All information (text, images, photography and animations) are copyright of Offspray Lesiure and may not be copied, reproduced or used in any way without written permission from us.
°Email privacy policy - The personal details you supply to us at time of booking, an e-newsletter request, or via an enquiry are kept strictly private and will under no circumstances be given to third parties. We reserve the right to send you up to date information and marketing literature to your email address until such time as you let us know, in writing, that you no longer wish to receive information from us.
°Prices - The prices on our website and in our marketing literature are correct at time of publishing. These prices are subject to change and may alter due to international currency fluctuations, increased costs to ourselves, and other unforseen circumstances. Any such changes will be noted on our website and in our marketing literature as and when they occur.
