These payment terms are applicable for website, email, telephone and fax bookings made by guests who book direct with us.
° Once we have confirmed your booking we will invoice you via email or fax.
° We accept payment by international bank transfer. We will supply you with our Thai bank details when we send you your invoice.
° 50% of the total price must be placed down in order to confirm a booking.
° The further 50% must be
paid before the trip commences.
° If you wish to cancel your speedboat daytrip or charter excursion prior to the departure
date, at least 30 days notice must be given in order to receive a full refund (minus bank charges
and cash handling fees).
° If you wish to cancel your speedboat charter between 30 days and 15
days before departure date then a 50% refund will be given.
° If you wish to cancel your speedboat charter within 15 days prior to departure
date then NO REFUND will be given due to potential loss of business.
° If Offspray Leisure Co. Ltd. have to cancel the speedboat charter excursion due to engine trouble or
extreme weather conditions then a full refund will be given.
